Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking a Machine Operator I with thermoforming experience in Huntley, IL. Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of thermoforming experience.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math for production paperwork.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a production team.

Responsibilities

• Set up thermoforming machines per job specs.
• Mount dies and molds; load raw material and run production.
• Operate machinery and maintain continuous production flow; perform quality checks.
• Troubleshoot equipment and complete routine maintenance.
• Complete job tickets and production paperwork accurately.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow QC requirements.
