AutoStore seeks a Thermodynamics Support Engineer to join the Climate Controlled Systems team. You will act as a SME for the Multi-Temperature Solution, guiding customers, partners, and internal teams through design, implementation, and operation to maximize performance and energy efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver technical trainings and workshops, and support continuous product improvement. Some travel to customer sites will be required.

Formación

• Requires strong knowledge of thermodynamics and refrigeration with emphasis on system performance and reliability.
• Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, cooling systems, or related industrial fields.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Commercial teams.
• Strong customer-facing skills to translate needs into practical technical solutions.
• Capable of delivering technical training, presentations, and workshops.
• Analytical mindset with solid troubleshooting capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME for AutoStore's Multi-Temperature Solution across sales, implementation, and operations.
• Provide technical guidance for refrigeration and frozen warehouse applications optimizing performance and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering teams to balance performance and costs.
• Support customer engagements including technical presentations and training sessions.
• Conduct training programs for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Perform site visits, commissioning support, and operational assessments to meet AutoStore standards.
• Analyze field data and coordinate with engineering on improvements.
• Contribute to technical documentation and best practices.
• Travel as required to customer sites and partners.
