Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Thermodynamics Support Engineer in Atlanta, GA to support its Multi-Temperature Solution product line. You will act as a technical SME for refrigeration and frozen warehouse applications, guiding customers, partners, and internal teams through sales, implementation, and operation lifecycles.

Ideal candidates will have strong thermodynamics knowledge, experience with refrigeration systems, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and refrigeration principles.
• Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, cooling systems, or related field.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Commercial teams.
• Comfort delivering technical training and workshops.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or physics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SMTS product SME for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance for refrigeration and frozen warehouse applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance performance, cost, and operations.
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops, solution reviews, and training.
• Perform site visits, commissioning support, and operational assessments.
• Analyze field data and coordinate with engineering to implement improvements.
• Develop technical documentation and training materials.
• Travel as required.
