Job summary

Krono Group is seeking a Laminating Operator in Alabama to safely operate board lamination equipment and related machinery. You will perform routine maintenance, learn laminating line software, and monitor for quality and uptime issues while supporting maintenance staff in repairs and preventive tasks.

This rotating shift role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a solid manufacturing background. Relocation is not offered, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Job description

The primary purpose of the TFL Operator's position is to perform all assigned tasks, including but not limited to, the safe, efficient operation of the board lamination equipment and associated equipment. Additionally, the operator will be required to perform routine maintenance and cleaning on all machinery and workspaces in the assigned area of responsibility. The operator will be required to understand and manipulate computer software related to the operation of the laminating line. The operator will also be required to identify conditions which may lead to substandard quality or up-time and initiate the proper corrective action. Further duties may include assisting maintenance personnel in the troubleshooting, repair, or preventive maintenance of equipment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
