PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Staff Engineer, Hardware Test - Thermal in Richardson, TX. The role focuses on testing thermal and mechanical systems, developing test plans, coordinating lab resources, and analyzing results to ensure products meet specifications.
The candidate should have 7–10 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with hands-on testing, data acquisition, scripting, and leadership of technicians being essential.
The Staff Engineer, Hardware Test - Thermal, plans, schedules, obtains resources, captures product stream, executes, and gathers and analyzes data for the test of thermal and mechanical systems. A Hardware Test Engineer will test function and performance to specification of trays, racks, and related equipment.

$48.55 to $86.54 per hour
