African American Talent is seeking a Staff Engineer, Hardware Test - Thermal to lead the planning, execution, and analysis of thermal and mechanical system tests. You will interpret requirements, create test plans, arrange resources, and guide lab technicians to ensure tests meet specifications.
You will develop automated data collection, interconnect lab equipment, and report results to engineering teams and customers, applying DOE and statistical methods.
The Staff Engineer, Hardware Test - Thermal, plans, schedules, obtains resources, captures product stream, executes, and gathers and analyzes data for the test of thermal and mechanical systems. A Hardware Test Engineer will test function and performance to specification of trays, racks, and related equipment.
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

$48.55 to $86.54 per hour
