Job summary

You will ensure performance under demanding mine conditions through simulations and design optimization.

Responsibilities include heat-flow analysis, duct and pipeline optimization, and defining control strategies for various loading scenarios.

Qualifications

• Develop thermal management systems for large hybrid loaders.
• Perform heat flow and temperature simulations; optimize air ducts and pipelines.
• Coordinate with thermal management component suppliers for tests and PPAP follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Develop thermal management systems for large hybrid loaders.
• Oversee cooling scheme design for engine, generator, motor, ECUs and hydraulics.
• Perform heat flow and temperature simulations; optimize ducts and pipelines.
• Form cooling control strategies for high/low temperature, heavy load and idle conditions.
• Compile thermal management specifications, calculation and test reports; lead bench tests.
• Coordinate with suppliers for parameter confirmation and reliability validation.
