Chromalox, a leader in electrical process heating solutions, seeks an Application Engineer to analyze customer heating and temperature control needs and develop innovative, technically sound, commercially competitive solutions.

Under the Manager of Application Engineering, you will coordinate with sales, engineering, estimating, purchasing, and manufacturing to move from inquiry to order, providing clear quotations and technical guidance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or related engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in applications engineering or related industrial manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and customer requirements.
• Experience with ERP/CRM tools and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Design and quote technically sound, commercially competitive thermal solutions.
• Interpret customer specifications and drawings to identify requirements.
• Serve as technical liaison among customers, sales, and engineering.
• Coordinate quotation, sample, drawing approvals, and order entry.
• Lead cross-functional reviews for complex opportunities.
• Communicate quotation status and risks to stakeholders.
• Document and improve application engineering and quotation processes.
