Qualifications

• BSME or BSEE required; master's preferred.
• 5+ years in CFD and thermal analysis.
• Familiar with EIA, UL standards.
• Experience with ANSYS Icepak or FloTHERM.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate modeling, thermal simulations, and characterization of power products.
• Correlate simulation results with lab data at the Certified test lab.
• Provide design guidance on thermal aspects to customers.
• Perform feasibility experiments and verify thermal impact of solutions.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams and internal design groups.
