Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or bachelor’s degree with extensive plant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with thermal performance monitoring and O&M budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a program for monitoring thermal performance.
• Establish KPI metrics and communicate them regularly.
• Provide technical support for safe, reliable plant operation.
• Assist in budgeting for O&M and capital projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams and interface with engineering resources.
