You will conduct thermal research and develop innovative electronics cooling solutions while collaborating with a large team of engineers across disciplines. The role emphasizes theoretical, experimental, and CFD methods, with opportunities to interact with customers and contribute to proposals and technical papers.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field with two-phase flow and heat transfer experience.
• Hands-on work in heat transfer research or test lab.
• Experience with CFD simulations including two-phase flow and heat transfer.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of electronics cooling applications desirable but not required.
• Solidworks experience desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thermal research and engineering projects to support the company’s business.
• Design and engineer electronics cooling solutions; evaluate applications.
• Perform sizing and CFD analyses; propose high-performance concepts.
• Design experiments, collect and reduce data; interpret results.
• Collaborate with colleagues on multidisciplinary technical challenges.
• Assist with writing design proposals, marketing materials, and technical papers.
