Job summary

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field with emphasis on two-phase flow and heat transfer (theoretical, experimental and computational).
• Hands-on heat transfer research or testing experience and ability to publish or present results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thermal research and engineering projects to support the company’s business.
• Evaluate electronics cooling applications and propose high-performance design concepts.
• Design sizing, CFD simulations and interpret results to drive design decisions.
