Job summary

Sage Rehabilitation Outpatient in Baton Rouge is seeking Part-time & PRN Therapy Technicians to support the therapy team. You will transport patients, prepare them for treatments, and assist clinicians to promote optimal outcomes in a busy outpatient setting.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and a current BLS/CPR card. This role offers flexible hours and a collaborative, patient-focused work environment with opportunities to grow within the clinic.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Current Basic Life Support/CPR card.

Responsibilities

• Transports patients to and from the Therapy Department.
• Prepares patient for prescribed treatment and assists professional staff with patient treatment.
• Communicates with patients, families, significant others and members of the healthcare team to promote maximum benefits from care.
• Obtains equipment, materials, and supplies from storage areas or appropriate department, and prepares them for use.
• Maintains the department in a clean and orderly condition.
