Job summary

Sage Rehabilitation Outpatient in Baton Rouge is hiring for part-time and PRN Therapy Technicians to support our therapy department and patient care.

You will transport patients, prepare them for treatment, assist staff, and help maintain a clean, organized department. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and current BLS/CPR.

This role offers a chance to contribute to patient outcomes in a collaborative healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current Basic Life Support/CPR card required.

Responsibilities

• Transports patients to and from the Therapy Department.
• Prepares patient for prescribed treatment and assists professional staff with patient treatment.
• Communicates with patients, families, significant others and healthcare team to promote maximum benefits from care.
• Obtains equipment, materials, and supplies from storage areas or appropriate department, and prepares them for use.
• Maintains the department in a clean and orderly condition.
