Job summary

Sage Rehabilitation Outpatient in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist. You’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and administer physical therapy to patients with diverse diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Louisiana PT License or nearing graduation to obtain licensure (for physicians, therapists).
