Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who is a licensed clinician ready to lead while continuing to provide hands-on patient care. You will balance clinical excellence with team leadership, mentoring and developing fellow therapists to achieve meaningful patient outcomes.

In this role you will supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians; administer skilled therapy; monitor patient responses; coordinate team tasks, schedules and training;

Qualifications

• Current state license in PT, OT, or SLP required.
• BLS (CPR) required or obtained within 30 days.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
