Encompass Health is seeking a Therapy Team Leader—a licensed clinician who will lead while continuing to provide hands-on patient care. You will balance clinical excellence with team leadership, mentoring therapists and coordinating care to help patients achieve meaningful outcomes.

In this role you will supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians; develop therapy treatments; monitor responses; and drive continuous quality improvement across the team.

Qualifikationen

• Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP is required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
