The Team Leader will assist with staffing, scheduling, orientation, and training, delegating tasks to therapists, assistants, and technicians while maintaining strong collaboration with hospital

Responsibilities

• Supervise therapy team and delegate tasks to therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, orientation, and training to ensure adequate patient coverage.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to align patient care with hospital needs.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders to improve performance and outcomes.
• Provide hands-on patient care 80%–90% of work hours as required by licensed disciplines.
