Qualifications

• Licensed therapist credentials (LPC, LPC-Associate, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT) currently licensed in Texas with a Master's degree.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association on hire or within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership in departmental services through collaboration across the treatment team.
• Assesses and coordinates patient healthcare and education needs with the healthcare team.
• Orchestrates patient hospital processes to provide seamless, efficient care.
• Allocates human and material resources to meet patient care needs.
• Complies with annual education requirements and safety standards to minimize risk.
