Encompass Health is seeking a Therapy Team Leader in Richardson, TX to balance hands-on patient care with team leadership. You will supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians while delivering skilled therapy and evaluating patient progress.

Formación

• Active PT/OT/SLP license required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
