Rossmoor Post Acute is seeking a motivated Rehab Tech to support our rehabilitation department in a full-time role in Walnut Creek, CA. The position focuses on non-clinical support, equipment management, patient transportation, and departmental coordination to enhance therapy services.

You will assist therapists, transport residents, prepare treatment areas, and help maintain a safe and efficient therapy environment while upholding HIPAA and facility policies.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to safely transport and assist residents as directed.

• Assist with setup and preparation of therapy sessions as directed by therapists.
• Transport and transfer residents safely to and from therapy sessions.
