Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Rehab Tech to support our rehabilitation department at Rossmoor Post Acute. This full-time role assists therapists, manages equipment, transports residents, and coordinates scheduling to enhance therapy services.

The position requires a high school diploma and strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with emphasis on patient safety and confidentiality in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and preparation of therapy sessions as directed by therapists.

• Transport and transfer residents to therapy sessions as directed.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas before and after patient use.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment.
