Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Experience: 3 Years of Patient Access Experience Required.
• Supervisory Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees registration staff and manages daily registration operations for all outpatient therapy locations.
• Ensures efficient patient flow and timely processing of registrations.
• Prepares monthly reports and implements new processes to enhance workflow.
• Collaborates with clinical managers and supervisors to address challenges professionally.
• Ensures sufficient staffing to support daily registration activities and optimize patient flow.
• Promotes teamwork with all members of the healthcare team.
