Position Summary:
The Patient Access Supervisor of Therapy Services oversees registration staff and manages daily registration operations for all outpatient therapy locations. This position is key to ensuring efficient patient flow and thetimelyprocessing of registrations, whilemaintainingand updating registration policies and procedures. Responsibilities includeidentifyingand resolving issues, preparing monthly reports, and implementing new processes to enhance workflow. The Patient Access Supervisor of Therapy Services collaborates effectively with clinical managers and supervisors, addresses challenges professionally, and ensures sufficient staffing to support daily registration activities andoptimizepatient flow. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.Overseesthe Therapy Services call center, scheduling, authorizations, registrations, check-in, and check-out.Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Education:High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
