Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a Therapy Manager to oversee all therapy staff and rehab technicians. You will coach, plan, organize and direct the therapy department, align with patient-care operations, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include payroll accuracy, performance reviews, disciplinary actions with HR, and driving quality improvements. A licensed rehab professional with 5+ years of management experience is preferred, with a Master’s degree

Qualifications

• Licensed professional with at least 5 years of clinical rehabilitation experience and management knowledge.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Interpersonal and supervisory skills required to promote Brooks values and patient care excellence.
• Clinical skills aligned with professional licensure requirements and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of rehab services for assigned areas.
• Direct supervision of therapy staff including licensed therapists, assistants and rehab techs.
• Manage staffing and expenses to meet unit budget and improve cost efficiency.
• Monitor revenue, payer mix data, and cost control to optimize unit profitability.
• Ensure documentation complies with payer requirements and supports care delivered.
• Lead quality assurance activities and staff training in line with regulatory standards.
