Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, orientation, development, evaluations, and performance coaching.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, and selection of therapy staff.
• Ensure fiscal management and optimal utilization of resources.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and professional standards.
• Coordinate patient care with clinical team members and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate on program development to support growth opportunities for Baptist Health Care and Andrews Institute.
• Support disaster readiness and campus-wide weather contingencies.
