Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years rehab experience and at least 2 years supervisory experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Able to fulfill 80 hours bi-weekly across days as needed.

Working Hours: M-F 8-5; varies as needed

The Rehab Therapy Manager is a licensed Therapist responsible for coordinating, organizing, and managing patient care and daily department operations. This role ensures the highest level of ethical conduct, fostering a positive working relationship with medical staff, administration, and hospital personnel. Furthermore, the Manager oversees employees, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, patient satisfaction metrics, and alignment with strategic and system goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist by the State of Arkansas appropriate licensing board.
• B.S. minimum.
• 5 years rehab experience; 2 years supervisory experience.
• CPR certification.
• 24 hour responsibility 7 days a week.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
