Qualifications

• 3+ years in acute care/outpatient hospital settings with increased responsibilities.
• 3-5 years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees program implementation to ensure defined outcomes and high-quality patient care.
• Develops annual strategic plan for Rehabilitation Services with program director.
• Manages staff, including hiring, discipline, performance evaluations, orientation and training.
• Fosters interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians and other hospital teams.
• Develops and monitors quality assurance initiatives and benchmarking activities.
• Develops and administers the departmental budget and capital requests.
