Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language.
• 6-10 years of previous job-related experience.
• 3+ years of experience in acute care/outpatient hospital setting with increased responsibilities and performance.
• 3-5 years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees program implementation to assure defined outcomes.
• Develops with the program director the annual strategic plan for Rehabilitation Services.
• Manages hiring, discipline and performance evaluations of staff.
• Facilitates collaboration across disciplines and with physicians.
• Develops and monitors quality assurance and benchmarking activities.
• Develops and administers a departmental budget and capital requests.
• Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and staff education.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language

Master's degree preferred
