Job summary

St. Mary Rehabilitation Hospital, operated with Lifepoint Health, invites a Rehabilitation Manager to lead a multidisciplinary therapy team and ensure high-quality patient care.

You will supervise daily operations, scheduling, productivity, and staff development in a collaborative environment. The role requires active licensure/certification (PT, Speech Pathologist, or NBCOT OT/R) and prior management experience in rehabilitation medicine.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure/certification as PT, Speech Pathologist, or OTR certified by NBCOT; current BLS certification.
• At least one year of management experience in rehabilitation medicine, IRF/management experience preferred.
• Proficient clinical assessment and treatment planning with scheduling and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments on residents referred for therapy and observe treatments; discuss changes with physicians.
• Develop teaching plans based on resident learning needs; involve families as appropriate.
• Assess pain interfering with participation and coordinate with physician for intervention.
• Oversee scheduling of treatments and maintain departmental productivity standards.
• Ensure compliance with inspections and documentation requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
