• 3 years in a leadership role in a Rehabilitation clinic.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of PT, OT, SLP, and Athletic Therapy Clinic.
• Ensure regulatory standards are met for clinical care and clerical functions.
• Interview, hire, orient, coach, discipline, and terminate staff.
• Oversee insurance authorizations and denials to secure payment.
• Collaborate with Rehab Business Office Manager to manage clinic flow.
• Lead budget planning and payroll accuracy; report metrics monthly.
