Kirby Medical Center in Monticello, IL is seeking a Registration Clerk to support the Admitting-Therapy Services department. You will welcome patients, collect information, and initiate the admission process with accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires strong customer service, good computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; prior billing/insurance experience is a plus. This is a full-time, 40-hour weekly position with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Customer service focused.
• Good computer skills.
• Must be able to multitask and think critically.
• Experience with billing and insurance preferred.
• One year experience in office setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Arrange and manage patient admissions for inpatients and Therapy patients.
• Enter patient information into the computer system accurately.
• Distribute relevant information to the Therapy department.
• Serve as the face of the Admitting-Therapy Services and uphold patient-focused service.
