Job summary

Kirby Medical Center in Monticello, IL is seeking a Patient Service Representative to provide front-end patient and clinic support, verify demographics and insurance, and assist with documentation. You will schedule appointments, document calls in the EMR, and help patients understand wait times.

The role is PRN with every other Saturday coverage; prior experience in office or hospital setting and billing/insurance familiarity are preferred. Hourly range $16.05-$18.43.

Hours Per Week: As needed

Schedule: Every other Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm and Afternoon and Evening Coverage as needed.

Holiday Requirement: None

Hourly Rate: $16.05-$18.43

*Compensation dependent on experience
