Reporting to the Director of Therapy Services, the Therapy Service Administration Manager will oversee the daily operations of front office reception teams across multiple outpatient therapy clinic locations, as well as the insurance verification and authorization team. This role combines hands‑on staff leadership with business analytics responsibility, generating insightful metric and financial reports to drive outpatient therapy services. The Therapy Service Administration Manager must possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage and train staff effectively across both clinical front‑office and back‑office administrative functions. This role is key to ensuring clinics provide exceptional patient service while maintaining efficient, compliant, and data‑informed administrative operations.
