The Assistant Director of Therapy Services supports the Director of Therapy Services in the leadership, coordination, and daily operational management of rehabilitation programs across Memorial Hermann Houston Physicians' Hospital and affiliated outpatient clinics. This role serves as a key partner to the Director, overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, staff supervision, and site-level performance while helping to execute departmental strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high standards of patient care. The Assistant Director acts on behalf of the Director as needed and provides direct leadership to clinic managers and therapy staff.
