Job summary

Responsibilities

• Arrives and schedules appointments; runs reports.
• Manages referral work queue and initial encounters.
• Ensure therapy schedules are filled to capacity daily.
• Follow IDX Alert policy before scheduling.
• Maintain center environment and readiness for patient care.
• Communicate with therapists and patients about concerns and progress.
• Maintain department supplies and perform clerical tasks promptly.
