Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification or to be completed within 3 months.
• Preferred 2 years' experience as PT/OT or Rehab Aide.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and cancels appointments following protocols.
• Arrives and schedules appointments; runs report sets.
• Manages referral work queue and initial encounters.
• Facilitates timely scheduling to fill therapy schedules daily.
• Follows IDX Alert policy prior to scheduling.
• Maintains center environment and readiness for patient care.
• Monitors patient activity and communicates with therapists and patients.
• Maintains department supplies and locations.
• Completes clerical/technical checklists as requested.
