Job summary

• Documentation proficiency in Cerner; operate equipment such as Hamilton G5 and Philips V60.
• Float throughout NICU, pediatric acute care, and adult acute care as needed.

Description:The position requires a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a night shift role.

Travelers will float between NICU, pediatric acute care, and adult acute care.

Responsibilities include airway management, medication administration, and ventilator management.

Additional tasks involve performing ABG draws, oxygen therapy, suctioning, pulmonary toileting, nebulizer treatments, and BiPAP/CPAP management.

Preferred skills include experience in trauma and teaching hospitals, as well as familiarity with bronchoscopes.

Documentation proficiency in Cerner and experience with specific equipment such as Hamilton G5 and Philips V60 is advantageous.

The unit involves providing care in general, NICU, pediatric, and adult intensive care settings.

Travelers are expected to attend high-risk deliveries in the NICU.

COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are required, with exemptions for medical or religious reasons.

Candidates must be willing to float throughout the facility as required.

A minimum of two supervisor references is necessary for submission.

Floating is 100% required for all travelers within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals.
