Cynet Health seeks a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week assignment in Yuma, AZ. The role requires 2 years of experience, includes 12-hour night shifts, and involves managing 5–6 ventilators and delivering about 35 treatments per shift.

The patient population spans adults, pediatrics, and neonates (NRP if NICU trained). The team includes 24/7 intensivist coverage, a charge RRT on each shift, and EPIC charting experience preferred.

Formación

• RRT license required and minimum 2 years of experience.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
• NRP certification required if NICU experience.
• EPIC charting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 5-6 ventilators and ~35 treatments per 12-hour shift.
• Provide inpatient care and ED coverage for adults, pediatrics, and neonates.
• Attend deliveries and C-sections as needed.
• Work with 24/7 intensivist in-house; charge RRT on every shift.
• Familiar with respiratory equipment; travel assignments may require flexibility.
• Weekend work every other weekend; two of three major holidays.
• dress code requires black scrubs and adherence to cancellation policy.

Description:Start dates are not flexible.The role requires managing 5-6 ventilators and 35 treatments in 12 hours.The patient population includes adults, pediatrics, and neonates (if NICU trained).The therapist will attend all deliveries and C-sections.Responsibilities include inpatient care and coverage of the emergency department.Travelers are not required to intubate independently but must assist when needed.An intensivist is available in-house 24/7.A charge RRT is present on each shift.Travelers will not be alone in the main hospital but may be the only RT in the emergency department.Familiarity with various respiratory equipment is essential.Shifts may not follow a block schedule, but requests will be considered.Weekend work is required every other weekend.Travelers will work two out of three major holidays.There may be a low census call requirement.Floating to the freestanding emergency department may be necessary.The dress code requires black scrubs.Cancellation policy allows for cancellation of hours equivalent to the weekly guaranteed hours during the assignment.Experience with the charting system EPIC is preferred.
