Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a 13‑week assignment on the night shift (7 PM–7 AM) in Lancaster County, PA. The role includes ventilator management, BiPAP/Hi‑Flow oversight, blood gas analysis, and respiratory medication delivery for adults and pediatrics.

Required licensure is a State Respiratory License with BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications and an RRT preferred. Weekends rotate; not on-call. Cerner experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• RRT preferred.
• Experience in Emergency Department, Critical Care, and General Floor care.
• NIH Stroke Scale knowledge preferred.
• Prior experience with Cerner is preferred.

Description:Due to an upcoming system conversion, all new submissions cannot have scheduled time off from September 1 to November 15.Position requires performance of all aspects of Respiratory Care.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ventilator management, Bipap and Hi Flow management, blood gas analysis, and respiratory medication delivery.Experience in Emergency Department, Critical Care, and General Floor care is necessary.Experience with adults, children, and critical care is essential.NIH Stroke Scale knowledge is preferred.Prior experience with Cerner is preferred.Weekends are required, with a rotation of every other weekend.This position is not on-call.Shift hours are from 7 PM to 7 AM.Expected weekly hours are 36.Dress code is galaxy/royal blue scrubs.
