Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. seeks a Therapy Resource with at least five years of SNF experience to cover Alabama operations. This role can be held by a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist and supports in-house therapy programs and outpatient practices. Travel 70–80% is expected, with regular collaboration across the IDT.

The ideal candidate will lead therapy leaders, train facility staff, and ensure compliant delivery of services while upholding Ensign culture and integrity.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist
• Minimum of five years’ SNF experience (multi-site a plus)
• Knowledge of MDS coding rules and regulations
• Track record of growing Long-term care and Outpatient programming
• Understanding of legal and regulatory framework governing SNF industry
• Ability to work with all levels of management on therapy operations

Responsibilities

• Grow therapy leaders and inspire Directors of Rehabilitation
• Support facility leadership to ensure excellence in service delivery
• Collaborate with IDT and travel to facilities 70–80% of the time
• Identify improvements and create compliant solutions
• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations pertaining to the industry
• Travel to assigned facilities regularly (4/5 days per week)
