Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. (ESI) is seeking a Licensed Therapist Compliance Partner (OT, PT, SLP) to support our Compliance Department in a field-based role with travel.

Must be an OT/PT/SLP with at least five years’ SNF experience and strong audit capabilities. You will perform internal investigations, review medical records, coordinate corrective actions, and partner with facilities to foster ethical, compliant operations.

Qualifications

Licensed OT/PT/SLP with five years’ SNF experience.
Expertise in MDS/PDPM coding rules and regulations.
Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing the skilled nursing industry.
Ability to work with all levels of management on complex compliance/regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

Performs Medicare claim review portion of internal compliance audits.
Conducts internal investigations involving compliance issues.
Tracks corrective action plans related to any adverse findings.
Facilitates other required compliance activities.
Travel required 70% of the time within California and surrounding areas/states.
