Qualifications

• Must be licensed as OT, PT or SLP with at least five years in skilled nursing.
• Experience with MDS/PDPM coding rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of Medicare compliance audits and investigations.
• Ability to work with all levels of management on compliance issues.
• Willingness to travel 70% within Idaho and nearby states.

Responsibilities

• Performs Medicare claim reviews as part of internal compliance audits.
• Conducts internal investigations under direction of compliance leadership.
• Tracks corrective action plans for adverse findings.
• Facilitates other required compliance activities.
