Job summary

Flagship Therapy is seeking a Therapy Rehab Tech for our in-house Rehab Department in Dallas. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule and pay between $15 and $17 per hour, depending on experience.

You will assist Therapists, transport patients safely, set up and clean up treatment areas, and help maintain a clean, infection-controlled environment while supporting a collaborative care team of therapists and nurses.

Qualifications

• Must have prior training in a medical setting.
• One year’s experience in long-term care or related setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Therapists and Therapists Assistants.
• Safely transport patients.
• Set up and clean up patients and equipment.
• Daily cleaning of treatment area and equipment.
• Report patient concerns to DOR or supervising therapist.
• Obtain basic medical information (blood pressure, heart rate, O2 saturations).

• Responsible for patient and equipment set up / clean up
• Daily cleaning of treatment area and equipment
• Reports any patient concerns or issues to DOR and/or supervising therapist.
