Job summary

Flagship Therapy is seeking a Therapy Aide to support licensed Therapists in a Monday–Friday clinical setting in the United States. The role emphasizes work-life balance, stable in-house therapy teams, and ongoing training to foster growth across clinical and administrative pathways.

Responsibilities include patient transport, setup and cleanup, routine cleaning of the treatment area, and collaborating with therapists to ensure high-quality care while maintaining infection control and safety

Qualifications

• One year’s experience in long-term care or related setting preferred.
• Ability to obtain basic medical information (blood pressure, heart rate, O2 saturations, etc.).
• Comfort with assisting Therapists and Therapists Assistants and transport duties.

• Responsible for safe and efficient patient transportation.
• Responsible for patient and equipment set up / clean up.
• Daily cleaning of treatment area and equipment.
• Reports any patient concerns or issues to DOR and/or supervising therapist.
