Job summary

Building Therapy Leaders in McKinney, TX is seeking compassionate in-house therapy staff to join a stable, growing team. This role offers work-life balance with a flex schedule and competitive benefits, alongside opportunities to work with and learn from therapists and nurses.

Responsibilities include assisting therapists, safe patient transport, setup/cleanup, and daily area cleaning. Prior medical training is required; 1 year in long-term care preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have prior training in a medical setting.
• One year’s experience in long-term care or related setting preferred.
