The role emphasizes relationship-building, content creation for engagement, and collaboration with HR to support hiring goals nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience recruiting healthcare professionals strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of OT/PT/SLP professions or ability to develop working knowledge.
• Ability to travel for university recruiting and other approved activities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively recruit qualified candidates for open therapy positions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities and healthcare programs.
• Coordinate interviews, references, offers, and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain recruiting records and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
• Capture authentic culture stories and content for Believe Therapies' social media.
