Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient therapy in Sullivan, Missouri. This 13‑week assignment involves day shifts of 4x10 hours (07:30–18:00) with no weekends. You will provide outpatient PT care to a diverse patient population, including orthopedic and neurological conditions.

Description:The position is for 10 hours per day, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.Tuesdays are off with no weekend work required.This role involves outpatient therapy only.The patient population is primarily adults and pediatrics with orthopedic and neurological conditions.Experience with electronic medical records systems, specifically EPIC, is needed.Daily patient load is approximately 75 to 90.The clinician will not be required to float within the facility.No on-call duties are expected for this position.Pending licenses are accepted, but local candidates will not be considered.The job requires various skills including adaptive device usage, patient family education, safety and injury prevention, and home exercise programs.Key responsibilities may involve patient assessment, individualized program development, and discharge planning.Candidates must demonstrate excellent critical thinking and communication skills.Flexibility, honesty, integrity, and attention to detail are important attributes for this role.Preferred experience includes working with a range of diagnoses including orthopedic injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.Module completion for compliance is necessary prior to the start of the position.All compliance requirements must be met before beginning work.The facility aims for productivity standards between 85 to 90%.
