Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic. The clinician will work a day shift in a 13-week assignment, with a focus on independent patient care under established plans of care. Weekend work is not required and on-call duties are not necessary.

The therapist will manage a daily patient load, perform assessments, develop care plans, and educate patients. Prior orthopedic experience and familiarity with assistive devices are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred.
• License required.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy in outpatient clinic per plan of care.
• Assess and treat patients with ortho conditions including back/neck, knee arthroplasty, and balance disorders.
• Educate patients and document progress in the chart.

Description:We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for our Outpatient clinic.The clinician schedule will be discussed with the candidate within clinic hours.Productivity standards are set at 75%.First-time applicants are welcomed.Weekend work is not required.On-call duty is not required.Candidates can float within scope as needed.There are no restrictions on time off (RTO) requests.Pending state licenses are accepted.No local candidates within a 75-mile radius are accepted.All travelers will float within the service line.Previous charge experience and community hospital experience are preferred.Daily patient demographics include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.Key skills required include assessment, evaluation, developing plans of care, and patient education.The work environment is a fast-paced outpatient setting.Effective communication and time management skills are essential.The candidate will need to maintain a high standard of patient care.
