Description:This role involves working in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.The unit has a capacity of 18 beds with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 6:1.Therapists will work with a patient ratio of 4-5:1.Equipment available includes an ADL suite, car simulator, stairs, Biodex, Lite Gait, SCI FIT, Nustep, BITS, L300, H200, SAEBO, VECTOR, BALO, and ESTIM.The documentation system utilized is Meditech.Therapists will conduct individual 1:1 treatments.The unit emphasizes a team atmosphere with open communication.Flexibility in scheduling is available.An 85% productivity standard is in place.This setting is known for its supportive management and focus on teamwork.The area is rich in culture, offering numerous museums and aquatic activities.Candidates seeking a vibrant community with a balance of work and leisure will find this opportunity appealing.
